Oversight Board


The Redevelopment Dissolution Act (Assembly Bill 1X 26), adopted by the State of California in 2011, requires the establishment of a seven-member Oversight Board to oversee the dissolution of the Community Development Agency of the City of Coronado. The Oversight Board also oversees the distribution of property taxes to pay enforceable obligations of the former redevelopment agency by the Successor Agency. The City of Coronado has elected to become the Successor Agency to the former Community Development Agency of the City of Coronado.

The Oversight Board holds its regular meetings at 3 p.m. on the fourth Monday of January of each year.  Special meetings will be held on an as-needed basis.
